SMA905 · MM fiber
Operating case temperature
−40…+85 °C
Electrical interface / options
Two-pad output / six-pin connector, by ordered configuration

For evaluation of electrically isolated power delivery using multimode fiber. The electrical interface depends on the selected package. A photovoltaic receiver is not a guaranteed regulated supply; confirm output and cooling for the model. The 2.5 W receiver is available with a two-pad soldered output or a six-pin connector. The datasheet drawing illustrates the two-pad version. Confirm interface, pinout and dimensions for the ordered configuration; the versions are not assumed interchangeable.

808 nm / 15 W fiber receiver

808 nm / 15 W fiber receiver

Wavelength / separate configurations
800–840 nm
Electrical output class
15.92 W typ. @ 30 W optical, 25 °C
Voltage at maximum power point
5.91 V @ Pmpp
Interfaces / control
SMA905 · NTC

Electrical parameters are typical maximum-power-point values at 808 nm and 25°C case temperature. Bottom heat sinking is required; this is not a regulated output.

808 nm / 100 W six-junction GaAs receiver

808 nm / 100 W six-junction GaAs receiver

Wavelength / separate configurations
808 nm
Electrical output class
100 W
Output voltage / options

Cooling configuration
Air / liquid cooling by configuration

Confirm input conditions, operating point, cooling, interfaces and delivery configuration during selection.

120 W-class free-space receiver

120 W-class free-space receiver

Wavelength / separate configurations
808 / 915 / 976 / 1064 nm
Active receiving area
40 × 40 mm
Electrical output class
120 W
Output voltage / options
